Starting and running a business is not easy. It is important to have the tools to handle stress, control anxiety, and create some life balance. If you are not in a good mental state, then your business will suffer.
Join us on Thursday, January 16th from 6-8pm as Dr. Tennie provides customized self-care tips for each attendee and talks about about the benefit of mental health check ups.
There are many well publicized stories, including the suicide of the founder of the extremely success franchise Golden Krust, to remind us all to learn the practices that will help us navigate difficulties in life and make a connection with a place so we can get help when we need it.
